Pretty nice!

It's certainly not a bad shot, but I think it has some more potential too.
For example, I find the shortness of the photo and overall small shape makes it kind of flat. There isn't anything too defined or too well focused for me to automatically pick out - it all just blends in a bit. Which, for color is pretty great, but overall effect, less so.

I think if the leaves had a more defined edge, or maybe you focused in on the sky beyond [like having the leaves at the bottom of the frame and the blue sky [if it was blue xD] at the top] or maybe have tried a vertical shot too.

I also feel as though there may be some grainy quality to it, but can't quite tell either.

For color and for a Fall capture it's quite lovely! I love it when the trees change color, it can be such a magical and beautiful experience ^^ Kind of like those Fall smelling days =]
For an overall photo, it needs some work, but it definitely has potential =]
